
Once you have created a Space, you can organize your media files by sorting them into Collections. Create any number of Collections within a Space and then add desired files into each Collection. To create a new Collection, just right click on the Space in the left hand menu. Click on ‘Create a Collection’ and a screen will appear to take you through the process.

Once you have created a Collection, it will appear beneath your Space in the left hand menu.
Simply drag from your Media Library the files you would like and drop them into that Collection. You can add more files to a Collection at any time.
If you would like to invite a friend to view your Collection, simply right click on the Collection and select ‘Share with a friend’. Fill in the form details and an email will be sent to your friend inviting them to view your Collection.
If your Collections are in a public Space, then all collections in that space are available for others to view and they can decide to ‘follow’ your collection, by selecting the ‘Follow’ link. Anyone who follows your Collection is also able to see when you’ve added new files to the Collection and they are able to download any files they like.
